How to Recharge Your Account Balance for Using MED AI

Step 1: Log into Your eMedify Account

1. Open your web browser and go to eMedify.
2. Click on the Log In button located at the top-right corner of the page.
3. Enter your credentials (email and password) to log into your account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Account Balance Section

1. After logging in, you will be redirected to your eMedify Dashboard.
2. From the dashboard, click on the Account Settings or Billing tab.
3. Select the Account Balance or Recharge section to view your current balance and recharge options.

Step 3: Enter the Recharge Amount

1. In the Account Balance section, you’ll see an option to Recharge Balance. Click on it.
2. A field will appear for you to enter the amount you wish to recharge for using MED AI.

2. eMedify offers several payment options:

   • Credit/Debit Cards
   • Net Banking
   • UPI
   • Wallet Payments (e.g., Paytm, Google Pay)

3. Select your preferred payment method and enter the required details, such as your card number, CVV, or UPI ID, depending on your choice.

Step 7: Confirm Payment

1. After selecting the payment method, click on Confirm Payment.
2. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete your transaction.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the payment and complete the process.

Step 8: Payment Confirmation and Account Balance Update

1. Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation message.
2. Your eMedify account balance will be updated immediately, and you can now continue using MED AI for your medical image analysis.
3. A receipt will also be sent to your registered email confirming the recharge and payment details.

Step 9: Start Using MED AI

1. After your account balance is updated, go back to the MED AI section on the eMedify dashboard.
2. You can now continue analyzing medical images and clinical data with MED AI’s advanced features.
