Doctors, Nurses, Front desk, Admins ipd dashboard role-aware shift

The IPD Dashboard (ipd/pages/dashboard.php) is role-aware — a nurse, psychiatrist, front-desk staffer, and admin each see a genuinely different, relevant screen rather than one generic stat grid. It also greets you based on time of day and tracks the current nursing shift (morning 6am–12pm, afternoon 12–4pm, evening 4–9pm, night 9pm–6am).

What's shown

Every section is gated by your actual permissions — you'll only see widgets for things you're allowed to act on.
Current shift context helps nursing staff know which shift's charting/tasks are due.
Quick links into admissions, bed occupancy, and clinical tasks relevant to your role.

Common issues & fixes

expected if your role has limited IPD permissions; this is by design, not a bug.

shift boundaries are fixed clock times; double-check the current server time if something seems off right at a boundary.
