Every feature exists because a real clinical workflow needed it. We talk to doctors constantly. If you care about the healthcare context — not just the code — you'll fit right in.
We are early stage. That means less bureaucracy and more responsibility. You will work on things that matter, ship them, and see the results directly.
We are based in India and work async-first. If you can communicate clearly and deliver consistently, location is not a barrier.

You understand databases, clean PHP, and enough front-end to ship complete features independently. Healthcare experience is a plus, not required.
You understand clinical workflows — ideally from working in a hospital or clinic — and can write clearly about them for a non-clinical audience.
You are the kind of person who enjoys helping someone figure out a product and making their experience genuinely better. Healthcare context is helpful.
