1. Problem: Empty PDF Without Results

  • Reason: The PDF generation process can sometimes fail if the analysis contains unsupported text or languages that our PDF creator cannot handle.
  • Solution:
    • Don’t worry; we are actively working on improving our PDF generation system to handle such cases.
    • In the meantime, click on the link provided immediately after the PDF is sent. This link allows you to view the results directly in your browser.

2. Problem: Receiving Only "/help" After Entering History

  • Reason: This issue occurs due to system overload when too many users are accessing the Telegram service simultaneously.
  • Solution:
    • Wait for a few minutes and try again.
    • Alternatively, use our web portal for analysis, as it operates on a different server and may be less affected by high traffic.

General Tips for a Smooth Experience

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection while using the Telegram chat.
  • Double-check the input data for accuracy and completeness before submitting.
  • Avoid submitting multiple requests in quick succession to reduce the likelihood of overload.
