- In the meantime, click on the link provided immediately after the PDF is sent. This link allows you to view the results directly in your browser.
2. Problem: Receiving Only "/help" After Entering History
- Reason: This issue occurs due to system overload when too many users are accessing the Telegram service simultaneously.
- Solution:
- Wait for a few minutes and try again.
- Alternatively, use our web portal for analysis, as it operates on a different server and may be less affected by high traffic.
