The Patient Registry (Patient List)

All clinical & front-desk staff patients registry list search

The Patient Registry (?page=patients) is the master list of every patient registered at the clinic. It shows name, patient ID (UID), assigned doctor, most recent diagnosis, and next upcoming appointment, with pagination (20 per page).

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Patients in the main navigation.
  2. Use the search box to find a patient by name, patient UID, phone number, or email.
  3. Use the status filter to narrow by patient status (e.g., active, inactive, critical).
  4. Click a patient row to open their full record.
  5. Click Add Patient to register someone new.

Key fields shown

  • Name & patient UID
  • Assigned doctor
  • Primary/most recent diagnosis
  • Next scheduled appointment
  • Status (active/critical/etc.)

Common issues & fixes

search matches name, UID, phone, or email; try a partial phone number if the name spelling is uncertain.
check the status filter isn't excluding the patient you're looking for.
requires the edit_patients permission.
