MAR (ipd/pages/mar.php) is the daily dose-tracking chart for inpatients — nurses record each scheduled medication dose as given, held, or missed, creating a legal record of medication administration. Requires the ipd_nursing_charts permission.

Step-by-step

Go to IPD → MAR for the relevant admission.
Review the day's scheduled doses (pulled from the patient's active prescriptions).
For each dose due, mark it Given (with time), Held, or Missed, adding a reason if not given.
The chart accumulates a full daily/shift record for audit and clinical review.
