Two related pages provide practice-wide IPD reporting:

IPD Reports (ipd/pages/reports.php) — statistical reports (occupancy, admissions/discharges, length of stay, etc.) with CSV export support. Requires generate_reports.
IPD Reports Export (ipd/pages/ipd-reports-export.php) — a dedicated export tool for pulling structured IPD data out of the system, useful for external analysis or regulatory submission.

Step-by-step

Go to IPD Reports.
Choose the report type and date range.
Review the on-screen summary.
Use Export CSV to download the underlying data for further analysis in a spreadsheet tool.

the export reflects a defined schema; if you need additional fields, check with your development/IT team about whether the export can be customized.

reports are typically computed over a selected historical period, while Bed Management shows real-time occupancy; these can differ if beds have turned over since the report period.
