Printing Prescriptions

Doctors, Front desk prescription print pdf

Prescription printing renders a formal, clinic-branded prescription document for a patient, including the prescribing doctor's name and license number, drug list, and dosing instructions. There are two print templates in the app (a newer and a legacy one); which one is used depends on the clinic's configuration.

Step-by-step

From the patient's Medications tab, choose Print Prescription.
The print-ready view opens with the prescription reference number in the title for easy filing.
Print via your browser or save as PDF.

Common issues & fixes

make sure the prescribing doctor has filled in their License No. in their Profile.

check the clinic name/logo/address in Settings.

make sure medication changes were saved before printing; the print view reflects the last saved state.
