Head pharmacists pharmacists staff-accounts roles head-pharmacist

The Pharmacists page (pharmacy/pages/pharmacists.php) manages pharmacy staff accounts. Only the head_pharmacist role can access this page — it's how new pharmacist/dispenser accounts get created.

Step-by-step

Go to Pharmacists (head pharmacist login required).
Click Add Pharmacist.
Enter their name, email, a password (minimum 8 characters), role (e.g., pharmacist or dispenser), phone, and license number.
Save — the new account can now log into the Pharmacy module directly.

check their assigned role; some actions (like the Controlled Drug Register, Purchase Orders, Adjustments) are restricted to head_pharmacist specifically.
