Patient Settings (?page=patient-settings) is the patient's own account hub covering privacy/rights, AI consent, and Telegram notification linking, plus quick links to other portal sections (Account, Shop & Orders, Lab Reports, Vitals, Homework, AI Check-in, ABHA) that live elsewhere in the portal.

What patients manage here

  • Privacy & Rights — review or submit data rights requests (see Data Rights & Privacy Requests).
  • AI consent — control whether AI features (e.g., AI-assisted intake, insights) may process your data.
  • Telegram linking — connect a Telegram account to receive notifications/reminders.
  • Quick links — jump to Account details, Shop & Orders (store purchases), Lab Reports, Vitals, Homework, and ABHA linkage, which remain part of the main portal page.

Step-by-step: linking Telegram

  1. Go to Patient Settings.
  2. Follow the Telegram linking instructions (typically starting a chat with the clinic's bot).
  3. Confirm the link — notifications will now be delivered via Telegram in addition to/instead of other channels.

Common issues & fixes

some AI-assisted features may be required by the clinic for certain intake flows; check with your care team.
make sure you didn't block the clinic's bot, and that the chat ID matches what's shown on your record.
