Cron Job Manager

The Cron Job Manager (?page=cron-manager) monitors and manages the automated background tasks the system relies on — things like sending scheduled reminders, auto-flagging no-shows, or syncing external data — showing recent run history and status. Admin-only.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Settings → Cron Manager.
  2. Review the list of scheduled jobs and their last-run status/time.
  3. Investigate any job showing failures or long overdue runs.
  4. If your server's actual system cron isn't calling the app's cron endpoint on schedule, check with your hosting provider/IT that the cron entry is correctly set up (this page monitors runs, it doesn't replace the underlying OS-level cron trigger).

Common issues & fixes

the server-level cron trigger calling into the app may not be configured; confirm with hosting/IT that a cron entry hits the app's cron endpoint on schedule.
these depend on the cron job running; check this page first when automated features seem to have stalled.
