The AI Health Audit (?page=ai-health-audit) is an automated "checkup" for the whole practice. It pulls live clinical, administrative, financial, and system data and asks the AI to flag what's going wrong and suggest concrete changes — similar to how other AI features in the app work, but scoped to practice operations rather than one patient.

Important: everything shown is advisory. Nothing is changed automatically — a human reviews the AI's suggestions and makes any actual change in Settings themselves.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to AI Health Audit.
  2. Review the quick numeric snapshot cards (computed directly from the database, no AI call needed).
  3. Run the full audit to get AI-generated findings and suggestions across clinical, admin, financial, and system categories.
  4. For any suggestion you agree with, go make the change manually in the relevant Settings page.

Common issues & fixes

it aggregates a lot of data before calling the AI; this is expected for a comprehensive audit.
treat all output as advisory; skip anything that doesn't fit your specific setup.
