Admins zoom telehealth video integration oauth

Zoom Settings (tab=zoom) configures Server-to-Server OAuth so MindFlow can automatically create Zoom meetings whenever a telehealth appointment is booked — no manual meeting creation needed per session.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Settings → Zoom.
  2. Create a Server-to-Server OAuth app in your Zoom account (via Zoom's App Marketplace).
  3. Enter the Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret from that app.
  4. Save — the integration is considered configured once all three fields are filled.
  5. Book a telehealth-type appointment; a Zoom meeting link is generated automatically.

Common issues & fixes

confirm all three credentials are entered and correct; verify the Zoom app has the right scopes granted.
double-check for typos in Account ID/Client ID/Secret; these are validated together, not individually.
