Admins modules enable-disable ipd lab pharmacy

Modules (tab=modules) lets admins enable or disable optional parts of the system — such as IPD (inpatient), Lab, Pharmacy, Therapy, De-addiction, and Store. Disabling a module hides its navigation but preserves all existing data — nothing is deleted, so it's safe to toggle off a module you're not currently using and re-enable it later without data loss.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to Settings → Modules.
  2. Toggle each module on/off as needed.
  3. Save — navigation updates immediately to show/hide the module's menu items and pages.

Common issues & fixes

the module it belongs to may be disabled; check Module Management.
it hasn't been deleted, just hidden; re-enable the module to see it again.
some patient-record tabs are tied to a module being enabled (e.g., the ABHA tab checks the abdm feature) in addition to the user's permissions.
