Dispense History (pharmacy/pages/dispense_history.php) is a full audit log of every prescription ever dispensed — patient, drug, dose, prescribing doctor, and the dispensing pharmacist — filterable by date range (defaults to the current month to date).

Step-by-step

Go to Dispense History.
Set the from/to date range.
Review the full list — each row links the patient, medication, prescribing doctor, and dispensing staff member.
