Settings & Integrations

Analytics, ICD-11 & Hosted Service Keys

Google Analytics / Tracking (`tab=analytics`)

Configure GA4 tracking for the Patient Portal and/or the admin app separately:

  • Toggle GA4 on, enter the Measurement ID and API Secret.
  • Choose whether tracking applies to the Portal, the Admin side, or both.
  • Optionally enable IP anonymization for privacy compliance.

ICD-11 Integration (within Integrations tab)

Lets clinicians look up standardized ICD-11 diagnosis codes when documenting diagnoses.

  1. Enter the Client ID and Client Secret from the WHO ICD-11 API.
  2. Choose the API language.
  3. Use Test Connection to verify the credentials work.
  4. Toggle the integration on/off.

The secret is never shown in the UI once saved (masked as dots) for security.

Hosted Service Keys ("Plan-Included vs. Your Own Key")

Some integrations (Sarvam speech-to-text, OCR.space, Unsplash, AI providers) can run on a plan-included key (managed by your hosting/plan) or your own key (entered separately on that service's own settings section — e.g., Sarvam/OCR.space on Integrations, Unsplash on Store Settings). This panel only controls which source is used for each service — it never displays the actual key material, and includes a Test button to confirm the active key works.

Common issues & fixes

double-check the Measurement ID and that the relevant "Portal"/"Admin" toggle is enabled for where you expect events.
run Test Connection; a failed test usually means the Client ID/Secret pair is invalid or expired.
make sure the toggle here is switched to "your own key" rather than staying on plan-included.
