Go to AI Session, or launch one from a patient's record.
Select the patient from the dropdown (or continue an existing session by its session ID).
Interact with the AI-guided interview in the chat panel — the AI asks structured questions and adapts based on responses.
Use quick-reply shortcuts where offered to speed up common answers.
End the session when complete — this finalizes the structured summary.
Common issues & fixes
sessions are tied to a specific patient and session ID; make sure you're resuming the correct one via the URL/session selector rather than starting a new one accidentally.
usually resolves once the AI's response streams in; refresh if it persists for an unusually long time.
