What to do next

Not official guidance. This is an informal self-check, not an audit or a substitute for ABDM's own documentation. Requirements are evolving; always confirm current steps at abdm.gov.in before relying on this. Nothing entered here is stored, transmitted, or saved by MindFlow.

What each piece actually is

Health Facility Registry (HFR)

A national repository of health facilities under ABDM. Registering gives your clinic a unique 12-digit Health Facility ID and puts it on the national digital health map. Register at facility.abdm.gov.in.

Healthcare Professional Registry (HPR)

Creates a Healthcare Professional ID (HPID) for each doctor or clinician, generally verified using Aadhaar. This is a prerequisite for registering your facility manager role in HFR. Register at hpr.abdm.gov.in.

ABHA-linked patient records

Once your facility is registered, patients can link their Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) to your clinic's records, enabling "Scan and Share" check-ins and consent-based record sharing with other facilities. This needs your practice management or EHR software to support ABDM's data-sharing consent flow, not just facility registration.

For a de-addiction centre specifically, ABDM integration sits alongside, not instead of, your Mental Health Establishment and NDPS-linked registrations, see our licensing guide for the full picture.
